A former Minister of Information, Prof. Sam Oyovbaire, has been commended for his principled leadership and dedication to public service, both as a politician and a community leader.
Senator Ede Dafinone, senator representing Delta Central at the National Assembly, gave the commendation in a statement to felicitate with Prof. Oyovbaire on his 84th birthday anniversary.
