Isoko Progress Forum Endorses Omo-Agege For Delta Governorship

Senator Ovie Omo-Agege

The Isoko Progress Union (IPF), the umbrella association of the elites, professionals and business entrepreneurs of Isoko extraction, has endorsed the governorship quest of the flagbearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, Ovie Omo-Agege.

The endorsement came after the association carried out a dispassionate evaluation of the agenda, educational background, leadership qualities, and how the candidates impacted their respective communities previously of all the candidates.

In a statement signed by Dr. Goodie Omiyeh, IPF’s national coordinator and Dr. Prosper Ahworegba, general secretary, the group noted that Omo-Agege who is also the Deputy President of the Senate topped the log on all parameters.

“His pedigree, honesty, and pragmatic insight into our State’s challenges and needs are unequaled. Furthermore, his willingness to examine the issues and listen closely to the public’s questions and concerns set him far apart from the other candidates”, the IPF noted.

“The IPF has observed that Senator Omo-Agege is genuinely committed to promoting fairness, social justice, and equity in the state. He has the qualities, comportment, carriage, and demeanor to be the Governor of Delta State”, the group stated.

They urged all Deltans in general, and Isoko people in particular, wherever they are domiciled, to vote en mass for Omo-Agege as Governor of Delta State Saturday’s gubernatorial election.
