Okowa’s aide, Hilary to present car gift to lady behind Success’ Viral Video

Luck has finally shone on the unsung hero of the Success’ Viral Video, Stephanie Idolor as the Principal Secretary to the Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, Mr. Hilary Ibegbulem has promised to present her with a car gift tomorrow (Monday).

Stephanie, a graduate of Public Administration from Federal Polytechnic Auchi, Edo State, was the one who recorded video and posted it on her social media platforms from where the video went viral.

She had accosted the seven-year-old schoolgirl after she was driven home by authorities of the Okotie-Eboh Primary School 1, over her parents’ failure to pay her second term examination levy.

However, Ibegbulem, while addressing members of the PDP Social Media Team over the party’s victory during the 2019 general elections on Sunday at the Squash Club in Asaba, the state capital, described Stephanie as the true hero of the Success’ story.

The Okowa’s aide said he would buy a car to compensate the 23-year-old lady for her bravery and helping to left Success’ family status.

He noted that he would present the car gift to her on Monday in Asaba.

WARRI TODAY gathered Ibegbulem rose to her help when the Master of Ceremony (MC) at the event had lamented about Stephanie’s situation and that of a member of PDP Social Media Team, Kevwe Potokri, who was robbed at a gunpoint and her personal belongings including phones stolen.

The Principal Secretary also promised to buy a car for Potokri and replace her stolen phones at the event.
