Lawyer and writer, Jesutega Onokpasa, has described Delta State Governor, Dcn. Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, as a most exemplary statesman characterised by several laudable qualities other politicians would do well to emulate.
In a goodwill message on the occasion of the Deputy Governor’s 53rd birthday, Onokpasa described Otuaro as “an erudite lawyer, gogetting politician and effortlessly humble public figure”.
According to Onokpasa, amongst other commendable qualities to be credited to the Delta State deputy helmsman, Otuaro has been “a most dependable lieutenant of absolutely unalloyed loyalty to his boss, Delta State Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa”.
While wishing the Deputy Governor many more happy birthdays, Onokpasa asserted that Otuaro had “manifestly distinguished himself in public service having emerged a true asset to Delta State” and enjoined him to remain steadfast in assisting the Governor in delivering on his mandate even as he described the Okowa administration as “a reference point in the steady and sustained delivery of visible indices of good governance in the Fourth Republic”.
