….Graduates Equipped with Laptops, Starter Packs, and Certificates to Boost Career Prospects
The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), in partnership with Rucotech Integrated Services Nigeria Limited (RISNL), has successfully concluded a transformative three-day ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems training in Warri, leaving participants inspired, equipped, and hopeful for a brighter future.
The programme, which ended on Wednesday, July 9, brought together young professionals from the Niger Delta for intensive training on globally accepted quality management practices.
The closing ceremony was a celebration of learning and empowerment, as graduates were presented with brand-new 13th-generation HP laptops, starter packs, and certificates recognizing their completion of the course.
Participants lauded both NCDMB and Rucotech for delivering what many described as a “world-class training experience” that exceeded expectations in both content and delivery.
“This is the most structured and impactful training I’ve ever attended,” said one graduate. “The facilitators were excellent, the course content was practical, and we are leaving here not just with certificates, but with tools that can transform our careers.”
Setting New Standards in Capacity Building
The ISO 9001:2015 training, designed to bridge skill gaps and enhance employability, was facilitated by Rucotech, a Centre for Management Development (CMD)-accredited training firm with a growing reputation for quality and innovation in human capacity development.

Representing the Executive Secretary of the NCDMB, Engr. Felix Omatshola Ogbe, at the ceremony, Mr. Festus Erubore commended the outcome of the training and praised Rucotech for its professionalism and excellence.
“This programme reflects the NCDMB’s vision of collaborating with competent local firms to deliver training that meets global standards,” Erubore said. “We are proud of what has been achieved here and even more proud of the beneficiaries, who now have skills that are in high demand across industries.”
Rucotech’s Commitment to Growth and Excellence
In his remarks, Prince Collins Oritsetimeyin Edema, CEO of Rucotech and a CMD-certified trainer, expressed gratitude to the NCDMB for entrusting his firm with the critical task of human capital development.
“At Rucotech, we believe that knowledge is power, and practical skills are a pathway to economic empowerment,” Edema said.
He added, “Since 2014, we’ve been committed to raising the bar in professional training. This partnership with NCDMB is proof of what can happen when institutions align to create real impact.”
He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to expanding access to quality training and continuing to support young Nigerians, especially in the Niger Delta, with tools for success in today’s competitive environment.
As the event drew to a close, it was clear that the training had left a lasting impression. Graduates beamed with pride as they received their certificates, while others captured the moment in group photos and exchanged contact information, signaling the beginning of professional networks built around shared learning.
Many participants expressed hope that more of such programmes would be implemented across the region to reduce unemployment and equip young people with globally relevant competencies.
“This training didn’t just teach us quality management,” a participant noted. “It taught us to believe that we can compete anywhere in the world”, one of the participants highlighted.
