The new National Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Joash Amupitan, SAN, assumed office on Thursday at the Commission’s Headquarters in Abuja.
This followed his swearing-in by President Bola Tinubu after the Nigerian Senate confirmed his nomination as the substantive head of the electoral umpire.
