Comrade Mulade Picks NDC Reps Form For Warri Federal Constituency Seat In 2027


Renowned peace and development advocate, Comrade Mulade Sheriff, PhD, has picked the Expression of Interest and Nomination Form of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) to contest for the House of Representatives seat representing Warri Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections.

Mulade, a Delta State-born environmental rights activist and development advocate, expressed confidence in securing victory at the polls scheduled for February 2027 by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Speaking after obtaining the form, the Ibe-Sorimowei of ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom dedicated his aspiration to God and humanity.

 

“I am very happy today for making this possible and I dedicate the form to God Almighty and humanity,” he said.

 

Mulade also expressed appreciation to the national leadership of the Nigeria Democratic Congress and former Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Henry Seriake Dickson, for what he described as the opportunity to serve Nigerians and the people of Warri Federal Constituency.

 

He stated that his aspiration was driven by the desire to promote peace, unity, development and inclusive representation across the constituency.

“I am the right man for the job at the moment. I represent peace, unity, development and inclusive people representation devoid of ethnic sentiment and segregation,” he declared.

 

The peace advocate pledged to uphold peaceful coexistence among the major ethnic nationalities in the constituency, including the Itsekiri, Ijaw and Urhobo.

 

According to him, he would work closely with traditional rulers, political leaders and stakeholders to promote sustainable peace and attract development to Warri and surrounding communities.

 

“I promise to work closely with revered traditional rulers, stakeholders and political leaders of the constituency to ensure sustainable peace that would attract the desired development to the ancient city of Warri and environs through inclusive advocacy, constructive engagement and dialogue for progress,” he stated.
