Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District, Ede Dafinone, has congratulated former Delta State Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, on his 67th birthday, describing him as a leader whose years of public service have left an enduring legacy in Delta State and Nigeria.
In a statement on Wednesday, Dafinone joined members of Okowa’s family, political associates and well-wishers in celebrating the former governor, thanking God for what he described as a life marked by faithful service, leadership and dedication to the public good.
