Governor Godwin Obaseki of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has won Unit 8, Ward 1 in Agenebode of Etsako East Local Government Area in the ongoing Edo State governorship election.
Unit 8 is where Chief Raymond Dokpesi, a chieftain of the PDP and owner of AIT hails from.
PDP polled 214 as against 163 scored by Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
