The lawmaker representing Delta Central Senatorial District in the Nigerian Senate, Senator Ede Dafinone has called on Christians and Nigerians at large to embrace unity, faith, and national renewal as they celebrate the Easter season.

He stressed that Nigeria is in need of healing and collective purpose, noting that Easter provides an opportunity for citizens to recommit themselves to peace, forgiveness, and service to one another.
Dafinone particularly urged the people of Delta Central and the state to use the period to reaffirm their commitment to development, justice, and inclusive growth, adding that progress can only be achieved through unity and cooperation.
The senator also called on Christians to pray for the nation, its leaders, and its people, expressing optimism that a brighter future is attainable through shared responsibility and faith.
