Heritage Plus Celebrates Excellence in Leadership and Innovation In Port Harcourt

 

The Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbuku and the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo were among prominent dignitaries that were honoured at the 9th edition of the prestigious Garden City Advancement Awards (GACAA), organised by Heritage Plus, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

 

The event is slated to hold at the popular Golden Tulip Hotel, Port Harcourt, with a celebration of remarkable achievements and contributions to societal advancement by the selected recipients .

 

Also lined-up to receive awards at the event are; Chuka Peter Nwachukwu, Ejiro Akowien, Engr. Douglas Happiness Ibiba, Okere Benjamin Chukwuemeka and host of others for their contributions to the development of society.

 

This year’s event, themed “The Niger Delta and the Nigeria We Deserve – A Private Sector Perspective,” was a resounding success, bringing together leaders, innovators, and changemakers across diverse sectors.

 

Honoring Excellence and Driving Development:

Robinson Koyoyo, Principal Partner of GACAA, opened the event by emphasizing the importance of recognizing individuals and organizations that inspire progress and foster development. “The GACAA is not just an award; it is a call to action for all stakeholders to promote excellence and innovation that positively impacts our society,” he said.
