Senator representing Delta Central, Ede Dafinone, has congratulated former Delta State Governor, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, on his 68th birthday, describing him as a visionary leader whose legacy continues to shape the political and developmental landscape of Delta State.
In a goodwill message on Tuesday, Dafinone said Ibori’s administration laid the foundation for the emergence of a modern Delta State through bold leadership, strategic investments and an unwavering commitment to public service.
According to the senator, Ibori’s impact extends far beyond physical infrastructure, noting that his investment in human capital development, inclusive governance and the emergence of a new generation of political leaders remains one of his greatest legacies.
