Nigeria Records 241 New Cases Of COVID-19 In Rivers, Edo, Abuja, Others

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 241 new cases of the COVID-19 pandemic across the country.

It said the new cases brings to 10819 confirmed cases of the virus in Nigeria as of Tuesday.

NCDC disclosed this on Twitter on Tuesday, adding that the new cases were recorded in 13 states and the FCT Abuja.

The disease control body added that 3239 patients have been discharged while 314 patients have died from the virus.

According to the figures, “241 new cases of #COVID19; Lagos-142 Oyo-15 FCT-13 Kano-12 Edo-11 Delta-10 Kaduna -9 Rivers-9 Borno-8 Jigawa-4 Gombe-3 Plateau-3 Osun-1 Bauchi-1.
